Exercise physiologist and certified personal fitness trainer, Sal Fichera, has studied, practiced and taught the benefits of proper exercise and nutrition for over 30 years. He’s the published author of numerous fitness articles as well as the book, Stop Aging – Start Training. He served as a valuable source for media professionals as they relied on his expertise on a wide range of health topics.

Sal provides one-on-one fitness training, health seminars, and nutritional guidance to loyal and satisfied clients. He developed a reputation for inspiring his audiences to take action – action that can ultimately lead to a stronger, healthier, more youthful lifestyle.
